This paper aims at providing a comprehensive analysis of parameters of importance for understanding business models in the ICT industries, and is a good introduction/overview article for the topic. It gives a concise review of existing literature, and a clear explanation of its own 12-parameter model.

Given the importance of complex business models for the slow and difficult development of the mobile internet, this article is a worthwhile read to help understand the main issues concerning this development.
